Follow the Canvas LTI integration instructions to add these links to Canvas

Using LTI links in Canvas

go to add assignment

type in the name of the assignment and save

select the item you just added

choose the edit button

make selections and choose external tool as submission type

grab the LTI link from the Credo LTI link page

copy the url of the item you want to use

in the configure external tool box, choose credo and paste the LTI link

select save or save and publish
