Digital Books

Digital Reserve Textbooks

Digital Availability

Time: Digital books may be used for up to two hours at a time. Books may be renewed for longer if there are available copies.

User Limit: The number of people who may use the book at the same time is determined by how many digital copies of the book are available. Unfortunately, this number is usually 1.

Waitlist: If the book is in use, you may add yourself to the waitlist to view the book when it is available. You'll receive an email notification when the book is available to view.

Textbook Search

There are two ways to search for digital textbooks in the library.

  • The first way is to browse the Library's Online Textbooks by Subject
  • The second way is to a search in One Search. When searching for textbooks, often it works best to search a few words of the title and the author's last name.

Not sure what textbooks are being used in your class? That information is included on your class syllabus. If your class hasn't begun yet, you can check the bookstore website or email your professor.
