The Pierce Library is committed to providing all members of the LAPC community with equitable access to library information and services.
All publicly available computers, including the Surface devices available for checkout and the computers in the Library classroom, have JAWS and ZoomText software. The Library has other accessibility features, including:
The Library has a large collection of electronic resources available and accessible in multiple formats.
If a patron cannot fully access any library resource, please contact the library by email (library@piercecollege.edu) or by phone (818-710-2833) to schedule an appointment with a librarian. Please include the nature of the accessibility issue, the location of the material with which you are having difficulty, and your contact information so that we can deliver the material to you in an alternate, accessible format and/or make the necessary improvements to make the information accessible.
Please see the Equally Effective Alternate Access Plan (EEAAP) guide for each of our electronic library databases: EEAAP Guide
