Reference Computers - 20 10 Computers with:

  • Microsoft Office 2016

  • Black and White printing - 10 cents per page.
  • Color printing - 50 cents per page.
  • There is limited printing at this time. Students can print 10 pages free per day. If you need to print more, please go to CopyTech.

The reference computers are to be used for research in the library: book, article, and web searches. Librarians are available for research assistance.

Computer Lab - 111 Computers with:

  • Microsoft Office 2016
  • Internet Explorer
  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • SPSS, Chem ST, and Proctorio on 8 computers (97-104).
  • Black and White printing - 10 cents per page.
  • Some computers have: Adobe Suite (with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

The computer lab computers are for general computer use, Canvas, My Math Lab, typing papers, checking e-mail, browsing the web. Instructional Assistants are available for general computer help and using Microsoft Office products.

One architecture/engineering computer with:

  • Autocad 2017
  • SolidWorks 2018


The library has a limited number of Microsoft Surfaces (3 and 4) and Lenovo Chromebooks to lend to students. Checkout is for the semester. Please call (818) 719-6409 if you are needing a laptop and want to see if any are available.


The library has headphones with microphones for students to use while in the library. Students can check out the headphones at the circulation desk. Checkout period is 4 hours.


  • Students working on academic assignments have computer use priority.
  • The LACCD's administrative regulations on the use of district and college computing facilities specifically prohibit downloading, storing or displaying obscene or pornographic material. Misuse of the computing facilities may result in the loss of computing privileges. Violations of these policies will be enforced in the same manner as other district policies. Disciplinary review includes the full range of sanctions up to and including, but not limited to, employee dismissal, student expulsion, and/or legal action.

Copying and Printing


There is no copying available at this time. Please go to CopyTech to make copies.


Printing is limited to 10 pages per day per student. There is no cost. If you need to print more, please go to CopyTech.
